Complaint Info:
If you have a complaint, please come
to the T-Line Transfer Station, located at 1402 Texas Blvd, and ask for a
complaint form from the person at the ticket counter. Once the form has been completed, turn in the
form to the person at the ticket counter.
The form will be reviewed by the Administration Coordinator and then
forwarded to the proper department for investigation. Once the investigation has been completed, you
will be notified of the decision within ten business days.
Lost & Found Info:
All items lost or misplaced on T-Line
buses will be collected at the end of the day and taken to the Lost & Found
Department at the T-line Transfer Station.
If you have lost or misplaced an item on a T-Line bus, it can be
recovered the next business day at the T-line Transfer Station Monday thru
Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Lost items
cannot be recovered on the same day it is lost.
If the item lost is important such as keys or a wallet/purse, please
call 903-794-8883, select 0 for Operator and then leave a message detailing
what was lost, your name and a number where you can be reached.
