Schedule requests are taken from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday at 903-794-8883.  Trips may be booked up to 14 days in advance, but must be booked no later than 4:00pm the day prior to trip.  If scheduling for a trip on Monday, the appointment must be made ob the previous Friday by no later than 4:00pm. Scheduling a trip the same day the trip is needed may not be able to be scheduled, and if so, will incur an additional charge. When scheduling your trip, please have the following information:

1. NAME

2. ORIGINATING ADDRESS

3. DESTINATION ADDRESS

4. TIME YOU ARE DUE AT YOUR DESTINATION

5. APPROXIMATE TIME OF YOUR RETURN
