TUTD is subject to the Open Meetings Act. The Act requires meetings to be open to the public, except for expressly authorized closed sessions, and to be preceded by public notice of the time, place, and subject matter of the meeting. The public is welcome to attend any of our open meetings.
Type “Ark-Tex Council of Governments” into the state database to see an archive of meetings and a list of all upcoming meetings. In the "Board" column, look for "Texarkana Urban Transit District" meetings.
